Every day, Ramya maintained a fairly simple routine. She'd get up, sip a glass of warm water, and lay out her yoga mat in the dawn sunlight. She liked performing Surya Namaskar, and that day was particularly special. To commemorate the International Yoga Day, she asked her friends to join her in a Hatha yoga session.
