Clothing and Accessories Return Policy

Return Policy:

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that they come under the following reasons:

  • Clothes can be returned on account of size mismatch, wrong item, or quality compliances.
  • Return of Silk and silk-based products should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product.
  • Clothes that belong to undergarments or any form of intimate wear cannot be returned.
  • Return request will not be processed if pick up is cancelled owing to missing or damaged item after delivery.
  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your product(For Non-Silk Clothings)
  • Only products with the valid product tag will be accepted for return.
  • Video of the product being unpacked should be submitted while requesting for return.
  • Shipping expenses, if any, are non-refundable.
  • Returns will be reimbursed to the same account originally registered to complete the order payment.
  • Returns will be processed only once we have acquired and verified the merchandise at our warehouse.
  • Only first time return submissions on items can be made free of shipping charges.

Replacement Policy:

  • Requests for replacements must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Upon acquiring the original product at our warehouse and verifying it, a replacement product will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Our logistics staff will pick up any returns or replacements.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you will be entitled to a refund or a retail coupon.
  • Complimentary gifts offered should be returned along with the items purchased.
  • In the event of a size discrepancy, a replacement will be authorized.
  • A replacement will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or broken (caused while in your possession) item.

  1. What is Return policy on COD orders?

As in the case of a COD order, bank account information is necessary to process a refund.

  1. Is it possible to re-schedule the pickup date?

Rescheduling is not possible for return or replacement order.


  1. What if I miss my return pick-up?

A paid pick-up service may be available in case of missed return pick-ups.
