SSR Soan Papdi - 150 g

SSR Soan Papdi is made from a mixture of gram flour (besan), wheat flour, ghee (clarified butter), sugar, and cardamom powder. The ingredients are cooked together to form a soft dough, which is then rolled out into thin layers. These thin layers are stacked on top of each other, creating a multilayered structure. The stacked layers are then cut into small squares or rectangles and left to cool. The result is a sweet delicacy with a unique flaky texture that melts in the mouth.
